Food was amazing! I was really pleasantly surprised. Last time I came was a couple years ago and food was pretty average. The whole place has been improved, from decor to food. Really loved my time there. :)

Popped in for a treat on a late Friday afternoon. Was welcomed and seated after a short wait (we hadn’t booked in advance- would recommend doing so during busy periods). Menu was good with something for everyone (myself and son are quite fussy and my partner is vegetarian but we were all catered for). Atmosphere was pleasant and calm. Food was prompt and hot when served and was everything we asked for. We enjoyed the meal and the chef Ravi did a great job catering for us all. Would recommend

Came here with my Dad for a light lunch, and brought his dog with us. The lounge area does not allow dogs but the bar area is very dog friendly with water bowls and treats. Staff were very helpful. We had a jacket potato each which came quickly and with a lovely side salad. Seats were comfortable and it was very clean. Would definitely come again.

Back in the '70s, I remember some great times at the Hollybush Friday night disco! For those other oldies out there, the DJ was Peter Powell. I recently returned to Wolverhampton to sort out my old mum who has had to go into a home. We took a break from packing to have lunch at the Hollybush. I was stunned and delighted by the transformation of the place. There is a large, comfortable dining area with sturdy chairs which were great for Mum's bad back. As I no longer drink alcohol, I was thrilled to find that they served Gordon's alcohol-free gin and tonic. The range of food was impressive from curry, to lasagne, to traditional fish-and-chips. I had a hot lasagne, side salad and garlic bread. Really tasty but such a generous portion that I had to call on my son to polish off the rest. My son and husband had the curry, with the naan bread and popadums. My Mum had the salmon which she swore was freshly caught. Being an Irish lass from the coast, I believe her! None of us could manage a pudding. Next time I might have a starter and a pudding. They had some delicious-looking traditional puds with custard and cream. Friendly, efficient staff. Quick service. I would highly recommend.
